Saudi MoJ launches new version of Qayyim platform for measuring client satisfaction

The Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has launched a new version of its Qayyim platform, enabling clients to evaluate judicial services, and participate in surveys.
“The upgraded version covers all services related to courts, notarization, enforcement, and mediation,” the ministry said. “By the end of the first quarter 2021, the total number of covered services will be 284.”
“The new version of the platform features flexible reports monitoring the quality of services, procedures, environment, and staff behavior towards clients.” The MoJ added. “Every observation recorded in the platform is investigated and processed to ensure it gets resolved and never recurs.”
The evaluation is completed electronically through a pop-up at the end of an e-services, or a text message with a link to an online form.
