Saudi Alimony Fund serves 1000 beneficiaries per month

The Saudi Alimony Fund provides its services to over 1000 beneficiaries per month, revealed the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ).
“The fund aims to promptly pay alimony to beneficiaries, contributing to the financial stability of families going through separation and divorce, and maintaining social stability,” the ministry said.
“Available at Nafaqah.sa, the fund covers permanent maintenance for those who have a final ruling in their favor, unimplemented for a reason other than insolvency; in addition to temporary and summary maintenance,” the MoJ added.
The MoJ earlier launched the fund’s second phase, covering “temporary maintenance” for those with a first-instance or summary ruling in their favor, not yet enforced for a reason other than insolvency.
