The private notaries licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Justice have performed nearly 26,000 notarial operations in October, announced the MoJ.
“The private notary service helps clients get notarial services from the comfort of their homes in a prompt and efficient manner,” the ministry said.
“Private notaries offer several services related to powers of attorney (PoAs), corporate charters, conveyances, liens, title deed corrections, and financial declarations; among others,” the MoJ added. “Clients can request the services through the Mwathiq app, available for Android and iOS devices.”
Since the issuance of the Notarization Law, the 2,200 MoJ-licensed notaries have carried out nearly 300,000 operations, enabling over half a million clients to get the services they need without having to visit a notarial office.
